Terms of Service

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Blue Collar Automations provides AI-powered automation, software configuration, implementation, and managed services for blue collar and local service businesses. Services may include AI voice receptionists, SMS automation, CRM or field service management configuration, workflow automation, appointment scheduling, communication tracking, and ongoing maintenance.

Unless otherwise stated in a written order, proposal, invoice, or agreement, the initiation fee is $6,000 USD and is due before implementation begins.

Ongoing management fees begin according to the applicable order, proposal, invoice, or agreement. Monthly charges may be billed to the payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Fees become non-refundable once implementation work has begun or services have been delivered, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a separate written approval.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining current contact information, granting required access to connected systems, reviewing AI outputs and automation behavior, and using the Services in compliance with applicable laws.

You may not use the Services for illegal activity, spam, fraud, harassment, abusive practices, unauthorized robocalling, distributing malware, reverse engineering, or attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

We collect and process business, customer, usage, and connected-service data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, or protect our rights.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The Services may use artificial intelligence to assist with communication, classification, scheduling, lead intake, and operational workflows. AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing important decisions and business-critical communications.

We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue features, integrations, models, workflows, or other parts of the platform without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the core Services purchased.

All software, workflows, prompts, automations, documentation, branding, and platform materials remain the proprietary property of Blue Collar Automations or its licensors. No ownership rights transfer to you unless expressly stated in writing.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create security risk, misuse the Services, or use the Services unlawfully. Outstanding payment obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Automations' aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid for the Services during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, or business-interruption damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Collar Automations from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or information you provide to the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
